Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos: Everything You Need to Know

Treasure Beach Village officially opened March 1, 2026, and it is the most significant addition to Beaches Turks & Caicos since the resort was built. A $150 million investment. 101 all-suite accommodations. Seven new dining options. A 15,000 sq ft lagoon pool. And the first Starfish Cinema at any Beaches property.

If you've been wondering whether Treasure Beach is worth the premium over the other villages, here is the full picture.

Treasure Beach Village doesn’t just add rooms to Beaches Turks & Caicos It adds a completely new tier of experience.

What is Treasure Beach Village?

Treasure Beach is the sixth and newest village at Beaches Turks & Caicos, located on the western end of the resort along Grace Bay Beach. It's fully integrated: guests staying anywhere on the property can use the Treasure Beach pool, cinema, and restaurants. But guests staying in Treasure Beach get priority access and the most modern accommodations on the property.

Every room is a multi-bedroom suite. There are no standard single-room categories. This was a deliberate design choice for multi-generational families and groups. The suites are designed around how families actually vacation together.

The Accommodations: 11 New Suite Categories

Butler Suite
Your own personal slice of Caribbean royalty.
This is the ultimate Beaches experience, full stop. Guests who book these top-tier suites enjoy Butler Elite service, which adds an incredible level of personalized attention throughout the vacation.

We're talking breakfast delivered to your suite, lunch served at your cabana, private dinners on your balcony or veranda, and reserved beach or pool seating with every detail handled before you even think to ask.

Options range from spacious two-bedroom butler suites all the way up to the showstopping Chairman's 3-Bedroom Butler Suite, spanning 2,809 square feet with 3.5 baths for up to 8 guests, complete with a secret room within a room! If you're celebrating something special or simply believe your family deserves the very best, this is the one.

Concierge Suite
A little extra love goes a long way.
Ready to feel a little more pampered? The Concierge Suite is a wonderful step up, offering dedicated concierge and room service so someone is always looking out for you. These mid-tier accommodations feature a stocked in-room bar, larger bathrooms, robes, sitting areas, and ornate beds.

In Treasure Beach Village, the Concierge Suite options include two bedrooms and two baths, sleeping up to six guests, making them a fantastic fit for families. Whether you're booking the walkout suite for easy pool and beach access or the Penthouse Concierge for jaw-dropping panoramic views, you'll be well taken care of from the moment you arrive.

That Resort Girl Tip
Treasure Beach has only 101 total suites. The CrystalSky Villas, Chairman’s Penthouse, and larger multi-bedroom categories sell out quickly. If you’re targeting peak season (December–April), don’t wait on availability.

The New Dining at Treasure Beach

Beaches Treasure Beach restaurants

Seven new dining options opened with Treasure Beach Village. Two require advance reservations: Kimonos (teppanyaki, book on arrival day) and Butch's Island Chop House (dinner). The rest are all walk-in:

  • Butch's Island Chop House: Beaches' first-ever steakhouse, reservation required

  • Pinta Food Hall: global cuisine in a casual market format, tacos, ceviche, dumplings, made-to-order pizza

  • Brü Coffee Bar: a proper coffee bar, a first for this property

  • Calypso Snow Cone Station: poolside, for the kids (and honestly for everyone)

  • Swim-up bar at the lagoon pool

  • In-room dining available for all Treasure Beach guests, another property-wide first

The 15,000 Sq Ft Lagoon Pool

Beaches Treasure Beach Pool with swimup bar

The centerpiece of the village is a 15,000 sq ft lagoon-style infinity pool that winds toward the beach and faces Grace Bay directly. Three whirlpools tucked into coves, a splash zone for small kids, a swim-up bar, and three waterslides. Private cabanas line the pool. Book these in advance, as they will go fast.

The pool was designed to feel like it flows into the ocean. In practice, the transition from lagoon pool to Grace Bay Beach is as seamless as it sounds.

The Starfish Cinema

Beaches Treasure Beach Movie Theater Starfish Cinema

A 32-seat indoor cinema running daytime sitcoms and family movie nights, with popcorn and refreshments included. It's a small addition that makes a significant difference on rainy afternoons or after a full beach day when kids need to decompress. This kind of low-key amenity is what thoughtful resort design looks like.

Is Treasure Beach Worth the Premium?

Treasure Beach rates start at $860 per person per night, higher than the other villages. Whether that's worth it depends on what you're actually getting.

If room aesthetics and a modern design matter to you, the answer is yes. Treasure Beach rooms are at a whole different level than the older villages. If you're traveling with a large multi-generational group and need multi-bedroom suites that don't require booking separate rooms, Treasure Beach is the most purpose-built option on the property.
